Daniel Lewis Austin, 54, died Jan. 20 at his home in Hauser Lake, Idaho.
Dan was born in Oakland, Calif., on June 22, 1955, to Daniel E. and Marie (Sirola) Austin. 
He married Karin Deur on Aug 17, 
Dan is survived by his wife, Karin, and their children Merinda and Luke, all of Hauser Lake, and son Terrance Austin of Los Angeles, Calif.; a sister, Carole, and her family of California; cousins Ron Reis, Cheryl Wolf Reis and their children Jenna, Leesa and her children Katelynn and Evan, all of Great Falls, Kate Wolf Daley and her children of Kansas City, Mo.; in-laws Reinhold and Erica Daur of Hauser Lake; sister-in-law Sandra Schaffer; nieces Natalie and Nicole of Honey Brook, Pa.; as well as numerous friends and extended family.
