Robert Andrew “Bobby” Fausett of Eastaboga, Alabama, passed away on October 3, 2020 at the age of 68. He was born on November 7, 1951, in Birmingham, AL. Bobby was the son of the late Robert L. Fausett and is survived by his mother Wyllene Fausett, his sister and brother-in-law Charlotte and John McGreaham, niece Caroline Rose (Brett), great-nephew Xander Rose and many cousins.
Bobby loved music, especially Johnny Cash, Elvis, and gospel music. He was a member of Hunter Street Baptist Church, which created a Sunday school class for him and other members with special needs. He attended Opportunity Center, then Chilton County adult vocational program until 2001 when he moved to Rainbow Omega in Eastaboga, AL where he worked in the vocational program.
His family wishes to express their gratitude to the excellent staff at Rainbow Omega for their loving care of Bobby for nineteen years.
A graveside service will be held October 8 at 11:00 AM at Elmwood Cemetery in Birmingham. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Rainbow Omega at rainbowomega.org.
