Fourth. I emigrated to the US from Havre, France on or about the 9 day of June 1909, and arrived in US at the port of NY on 28 day of June 1909 on a vessel Chicago.
Fifth. I declared my intention to become a citizen of the US on 25 day of September 1912 at Brooklyn, NY in the Supreme Court of Kings County, NY. .
Sixth. I am married. My wife's name is Angeliky. She was born on the 15 day of March 1879 at Sparta Greece and now resides at Greece.
I have 4 children:
Maragreta born 15 January 1901 at Greece, and resides at Greece
Vaselios, born 10 March 1903 "
Demostenis, born 10 April 1907 "
Deonisios, born 15 July 1910 "
Seventh. ...renounce allegiance to Alexander, King of the Hellenes.
