When Peter was older and retired, he built an elaborate and expensive house in Agios Fokas Monemvasia, Greece. After he died, he left the house to his sons, BIll & John. Bill did not want it and he turned it over to John. I believe the house was abandoned and in ruins. Carol Kostakos Petranek
