Name from George Karagias, email to Carol Petranek, April 25, 2016: My paternal grandmother Helen Plasteras was from Mouzaki. Her parents were George and Virginia. She had a sister Sophia. The family came to the United States and settled in Lowell, Mass. My grandfather Louis ( born in Thana) was from Asbury Park, New Jersey. He and Helen raised their family in Asbury Park. Most of my family is still in this area.
