Marriage date to Rebecca is unlikely. She was probably the second wife due to her age. Date and place of birth differs from what Donnadeane Depew Reame had. There are 3 other gedcoms with basically the same information. The gedcom has James born in Centre Co., PA, and Donnadeane had Lycoming Co., which is north and east of Centre, but same general area.

James Livingston } This Indenture, made this the first day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty four between Joseph Pearson and Olive his wife of the County Logan and State of Ohio of the one part, and James Livingston of the County of Warren and State aforesaid of the other part, Witnesseth, that the said Joseph Pearson and Olive his wife for and in consideration of two hundred and fifty dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge, have given, granted, bargained sold released and conveyed, and by these presents give, grant, bargain, sell, release, convey and confirm unto the said James Livingston and his heirs and assigns forever for a tract of land being the north half of North west quarter of Section No. twenty one in township No. three of range thirteen (W ?) containing eighty acres and twenty six hundredths be the more or less divided from the South half by a line running East and West. To have and to hold the premises aforesaid with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto him the said James Livingston and unto his heirs and assigns forever and the said Joseph Pierson and Olive his wife for themselves and for their heirs executors and administrators covenant and promise to and with the said James Livingston his heirs and assigns that they the said Joseph Pierson and Olive his wife are lawfully seized of the premises aforesaid, that they have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey the same in manner aforesaid and that the premises are free and clear of all incumbrances whatever and further that the said Joseph Pierson and Olive his wife will well and truly warrant and defend forever the premises herein and hereby granted unto the said James Livingstson and to his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of all and every person whomsoever. In testimony whereof the said Joseph Pierson and Olive his wife of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals this the day and year above written.

"James Levingston Sr Will: Be it Remembered that on the 29th day of May A. D. 1866 there was produced in Court a paper/writing purporting to be the last will and testament of James Levingston Sr. late of Champaign County Ohio deceased and at the same time came David E. Lehman and Elizabeth N. Sayre the subscribing witnesses thereto and in open Court on oath testified to the due Execution of Said ______ting of the last Will and Testament of Said James Levingston deceased and which testimony was reduced to writing and by the Respectively Subscribed and was filed ______. Said Will From which Testimony it appears and the Court finds that said will was duly executed and attested and that Said Testator at the time of Executing said Will was of full age of Sound mind and memory and not under any restraint. It is Ordered by the Court that Said Will be admitted to Probate and together with the Testimony be Recorded & that the widow her rights being made known to her by the Court Elected to take under the will.
The Testimony is as follows to wit
The State of Ohio Champaign County SS --- Personally came into open court David E . Lehman and Elizabeth N. Sayre and after being duly Sworn define(?) and say that the writing now presented to the Court purporting to be the last will and Testament of James Levingston Sr.deceased was signed and acknowledged by him to be his last Will and Testament in their presence. that they attested said Will in the presence of the Testator by signing their names as witnesses.. and that they verily believe the Testator at the time of Executing Said Will was of full age of sound and memory and under no restraint & that the Erasures and _________ in said will were made before it was signed.

The Last Will and Testament of James Levingston Sr of Adams Township Champaign Co O- I James Levingston Sr considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of Sound Mind and Memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in the following manner (that is to say) that after my death I give & bequeath to my beloved Wife Rebecca Levingston (after paying all lawful debts & claims against my Estate) all of my Real and personal property while she remains my Widow and afterwards Said property to be Equally divided among my children.

Clear Creek Township (in which Springboro, home of James Livingston), is located in the northern part of the county, and is bounded as follows; On the north, by Montgomery County; on the east, by Wayne Township; on the south, by Turtle Creek Township, and, on the west, by Franklin Township, The township is six miles wide from east to west, and nearly seven miles long from north to south, containing a fraction less than, forty-two square miles, or about 29,800 acres.
