Application to probate will lists children Angie Edwards, Samuel Landers, Kate Neff, Mary Hall, Elizabeth Martin, Harriet Landers, Ira N. Landers, Chas Landers and Andrew W. Landers and grandchildren Ada Landers and Ina Landers. States he left no widow. In his will he left his wife (unnamed) the farm on which they resided, in Section 15, Washington Township, Darke Co., OH, containing about 117 acres "during her natural life". In the will he also stated the heirs of his son illiam Henry Harrison be charged against for the sum of sixty one dolars and fifty cents, which they or their guardian pay to his estate. He signed the will by his mark.
