"Andrew W. Landers, 68, well known Darke county dairy farmer, died at 9:45 p.m. Saturday at Union City hospital following a short illness from a heart ailment.
A native of Darke county, he had spent his entire life on one farm two miles southwest of Union City. He was a member of both the Hillgrove Grange and the Hillgrove Federated church.
Immediate survivors include his wife, Maude; two daughters, Mrs. Seibert Oswalt and Mrs. Lothe Marker, both of near Union City; three grandchildren; a brother, Charles Landers, of Fort Jefferson, and two sisters, Mrs. Mary Hall and Miss Hattie Landers, both of Wakefield.
Services will be held Wednesday at two p.m. at the Hillgrove church with the Rev. H. G. Perry officiating. Burial will be in Greenville cemetery.
Friends may call at the Landers residence after noon Tuesday."
