N.R.R. page 154 refers to an agreement that refers to Rice Duncan,dec'd, late of the said Co. of Russell, having property in the saidCo. of Culpeper, made his last will and testament proved in the Co.Court of Culpeper (but not recorded by means of its having beenmislaid) wherein he devisal [sic] to the said Joseph Duncan, hisBrother, all his Estate both real and personal. It goes on to mentionRawley Duncan, who was the eldest brother of the said Rice Duncan.
