A Memorial service is scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday at the DucorBaptist Church in Ducor for Gary Eugene Duncan, 53, of Ducor, who diedthere Thursday.
The Rev. Ron Sisoho of the church will officiate. Following cremation,burial will be at sea.
Born in Fullerton, Mr. Duncan had lived in Ducor for 15 years. Heserved in the U. S. Navy in the 1960s. For 25 years he worked for thePorterville public schools as a grounds keeper. He was a member ofTrinity Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by a son in 1975.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy Duncan, of Ducor; two sons, StevenDuncan of Arroyo Grande and Jason Duncan of Ducor; his stepmother,Martha Duncan of Madera; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
