Dr. Jonathan FAIRBANKS
(1 May 1662 - 18 Dec 1719)
Per Fairbanks book. He resided in Sherborn (afterward Medway) probably in the old stone house near Bogestow Pond. Was the first physician in Sherborn, a selectman for several years, and town clerk. He was drowned Dec. 19, 1719, by falling through the ice while attempting to cross the river, from Medfield, in the night.
