"Violet J. Elshire, 69, 1166 N. Madison Ave., died Sunday at PoudreValley Memorial Hospital.
She was born Feb. 18, 1913, iin Waldo, Kan., to George and MabelVawter Rosenburg.
She was a nurse for the Denver General Hospital and the LovelandNursing Home. She moved to Loveland in 1962.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and was asports, garden and needlework enthusiast.
She is survived by brothers Dana Rosenburg of Dorrance, Kan., LonnieRosenburg of Loveland and Roscoe Rosenburg of Clearfield, Utah; and asister, Mrs. Harley (Vera) Keas of Loveland.
A service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Hunter's Garden Chapel.Burial will be in Loveland Burial Park."

Elshire were Wednesday afternoon atHunter's Garden Chapel with Marvin, Essing, Robert Link and KennardBishop, the three pastors of the First Methodist Church, officiating.Mrs. Elshire died Sunday. Mrs. George Schleiger sang "Until Then" and"He Touched Me" with Mrs. Adolph Snyder, organist. Bearers were SteveBergan, Perry Buck, Floyd Duvall, Glen Gardner, Harry Hammers and DanMarthe. Burial was in Loveland Burial Park."
