Lonnie Axle Lee Rosenburg, 79, 2364 S. Colorado Ave., Loveland, diedMay 7 in McKee Medical Center of cancer.
He was born Sept. 18, 1910, in Plainville, Kan., to George and MableVawter Rosenburg. He married Margaret Augusta Richardson on May 21,1938 in Webster, Kan.
He moved to Loveland in 1955 from Beatrice, Neb. While living inBeatrice he worked 20 years for the Dempster Mill ManufacturingCompany. He received a degree as a television technician from UnitedLaboratories in Louisville, Ky., in 1955.
From 1955 until he retired in 1973, he worked for Kelley's LovelandElectric as a television repairman.
He enjoyed recycling metals, collecting old radio and televisiontubes, and for many years was an avid citizen-band radio operatormaking numerous friends locally as well as throughout the UnitedStates.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret; two sons, Alan L. Rosenburg andwife, Lueary, John R. Rosenburg and wife, Mona, all of Loveland; asister, Vera Keas, Loveland; a brother, Dana Rosenburg, Dorrance,Kan.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Ross and Albert Rosenburg,onoe sister, Violet Elshire, and one granddaughter, Susan ElaineRosenburg.
Cremation has been conducted. Burial will be in Marvin Cemetery atGlade, Kan. No services are scheduled."
