The Historical Museum in Manistee, MI has a copy of the Manistee Examiner Newspaper (17Feb1888) reporting the death of a J. Fuller.
A diary held by the museum records that J Fuller was injured by a falling tree about the 30 of January 1888. His memorial was held about the 1st of February implying he died in Manistee. While the museumcurator indicated this was a Joseph, no evidence was provided, thus no assurance this is our Joseph.
A Joseph FULLER (b:abt1847) is residing with neighbors of Asa FULLER in Clinton, MI in 1860(See Ref:R1778).
