Andrew Rollln Tressler (May
3, 1858-June-1944) never married. After
taking a course of study at Yale University
he entered the real estate business in
Chicago with Victor George Tressler (18331911),
son of John Tressler (1803-1859),
and continued in that business until he retired.
He was 13 years of age when his
father married a second time and his later
boyhood was directed by his step-mother.
