Henry Boitnott

Henry Boitnott was a Private in the Confederate Army's Company B, 3rd Battalion, Virginia Reserves during the Civil War.
Henry farmed 73 acres on White Oak Bottom Creek that he purchased from R. Bush in 1863 until he sold the farm to Ray and Jonathan Kesler. In 1869, his wife and children bought 106 acres from Jonathan Kesler on Maggody Creek. This farm remained in the family until the 1960s.
