Birth
Bowman and Ikenberry listed Jacob Bowman's birth date as 19 November 1810, but this is 7 years before his parents, Daniel Bowman, Sr. and Catherine Neff or Naff, married. Also, it is only 14 years after Catherine's birth. Finally, Jacob was Daniel and Catherine's 2nd child. Because their third child was born in 1821, I believe 1819 is a more likely birth year.Marriage
