Anna Rohrer's birth date was given as 10 June 1774 by Mabry Benson.Marriage
"Find A Grave" gave Christian Newcomer's wife as Anna Shank (1774-1855), daughter of John Shank (1752-1818) and Magdalena Molly Ellenberger Kaufman (1750-1822). To add to the confusion, only one child is listed for this Christian and Anna Shank, Henry Newcomer (1808-1883), but this child is not on the list from other sources.Burial
Anna Rohrer may have been buried along with her father and husband on a family plot at the Needy farm, according to the ChristainAnneRohrerNewcomrDesc.FTW. The Needy farm, in 1941, was near Pitcock Mill, near Chewsville.Endnotes
