Mary E. Phillips, New Richmond, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Phillips, was united in a double ring ceremony, with Bernard A. Krattley, Somerset, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fabian Krattley, Sept. 15 at the Immaculate Conception church, Father Austin Corrigan officiating.
The bride wore a princess style gown of net and lace over satin. The lace bodice was fitted with a sabrina neckline and long sleeves pointed over the wrists. the skirt was paneled with cascaded tiers of lace and net. Her fingertip veil of pure silk illusion was held by a crown of pearls. A pair of crystal earrings, worn by the bride, was a gift of the groom.
She carried a cascade bouquet of white stelhanotis and of white carnations, centered with a purple orchid, the bride was given in marriage by her father. She was attended by Miss Grace Maule, Spooner, Mrs. Frank Peichel, Cumberland, and Mrs. Roger Krattley, Somerset. The bridesmaids wore street length dresses of beauty rose with matching headbands and shoes. their white gloves and pearl earrings were the gift of the bride.
The bridegroom was attended by the best man, Marvin Maitrejean, the groomsmen were Frank Peichek and Roger Krattley. Ushers were Rolland Tierdman and Kenneth Erlitz.
The coupled honeymooned in northern Wisconsin and are now residing in Somerset. Mr. Krattley is employed in St. Paul.
