Fabian S. Krattley, 76 years old, died suddently at his home in St. Joseph township, Friday afternoon, March 2. He was born Sept. 1, 1885 in Hudson township.
He is survived by his wife, Alice, and five sons, Douglas of Burkhardt, Robert and Thomas of San Diego, Calif., Roger of Somerset and Bernard of St. Joseph township. Also surviving are two brothers, Joseph of Minneapolis and George of Hudson.
Mr. Krattley lived most of his life in St. Croix county with the exception of five years residence in Stillwater, Minn. He retired in 1955 after being employed by the Northern States Power Company for twenty-five years.
Visitation was from Simonet Funeral Parlor in Stillwater. Graveside services were held Wednesday morning at St. Anne cemetery in Somerset. Father John Rivard officiated. Pallbearers were James Clarey, Victor Wendt, Oscar Rivard, Aurel Cloutier, Harry Leverty and Rudolph Kohler.
