Richard English Dies at Chico; Native of Ukiah
Funeral services were held at Chico Tuesday afternoon for Richard English, who died in that city after a long illness.
A son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Calvin English, Richard English was born at Ukiah 90 years ago, having celebrated his 90th birthday anniversary in January. A later resident of Round valley, he left that section 50 years ago, and had made his home at Chico with his sister Elizabeth English.
Surviving members of his family are his son Elvan of Chico and daughter, Mrs. Helen Burt. Four brothers pre-deceased him, Lou, Dan, Wiley and Vinson.
