daughter - Johanna Henrietta Eiben (Hanna) b. Germany, She came to Illinois c. 1888 around the age of 3. Her mother passed aways in Germany and her father Johann (or Johannus) sent her to live with friends here. He came to America later. My cousin says that letters written to Johann were postmarked Aurich (Ostfiesland) near Bremen
