Funeral services for John F. Middleton of Ukiah were held from the Eversole Mortuary Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock with Rev. Arthur Wallace officiating. Inurnment was at the Chapel of the Chimes, Santa Rosa.
Mr. Middleton passed away at a local hospital on Tuesday, March 9, at the age of 50 years. He had been engaged in the lumber industry in this territory for some time.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Freida Middleton of San Jose. Surviving relatives are his mother, Mrs. Laura Middleton of Laytonville, his daughter, Mrs. Norma Say of Laytonville, and three sisters, Mrs. Nellie McCloud of Fortuna, Mrs. Charlotte Caulfield of Ukiah, and Mrs. Ruby Branscomb of Laytonville.
