A Genuine Surprise.
A pleasant and complete surprise was given Chas. W. Adams Thursday evening at his home, 25 Hershey street, when a number of friends gathered in honor of his birthday and also in honor of Miss Adele J. Duval, a visiting cousin from Kansas. Music by the Gibson Mandolin Club, games and refreshments were among the pleasures of the evening.
