(12 Aug 1861 - 9 Feb 1920)

Anton was nicknamed "Tony". He married, but apparently the marriage only lasted four days. He homesteaded for awhile in Oklahoma. On his return he lived in a small house near the railroad tracks south of Monticello, Iowa. He was a car buff and had some of the first motor cars in Monticello. He was also known for his travels throughout the western U.S.
