"Johannes Lovejoy (son of .....) is reported to have had a grant of lands in Little Marlow consisting of, according to the notes of F.T.F. Lovejoy, "a tenement lately Robert Couper's on the south, and a messuage of the said Thomas Brinkhurst on the north, and abutting on Dial Lane, to have and to hold... at the yearly rent of six shillings."
