Robert Barfield's mother Mary died in 1933, being then eighty-five years
of age. Most of her sons and daughters had preceeded her in death. One
of the remaining son, according to Betty Hughes, was living in Houston,
Texas, at the beginning of 1943. This was (Robert?) Lee Barfield.
