WAYNE…..Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.. Friday, June 15, for B.H. Bohlken, 9, at the Wayne Lutheran church. Burial will be in the Wayne cemetery.
Mr. Bohlken died at his farm home in Wayne Township Tuesday, June 12.
He was born Feb. 16, 1887, near Scotch Grove. He was united in marriage with Anna Weers Feb. 23, 1911. Couple lived on the same farm for 44 years.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Ervin Wilken, Anamosa; and Mrs. Don Morgan, Cedar Rapids; two sons, Irvin, Monticello; and Leonard, Anamosa;13 grandchildren.
One brother, William, Scotch Grove; five sisters, Mary Tobiason, and Mrs. Fred Hanken, both of Monticello; Mrs. Howard Soper Anamosa; and Mrs. Henry Harms, Scotch Grove.
