Individual Details
Nancy Hatfield
(25 Oct 1786 - 18 Jan 1870)
Gregg Branum's database showed Aaron and Nancy buried in "Ruble Cemetery". This may be another name for "Helvey Cemetery" or it may be a mistake (Helvey Cemetery is near Ruble, Missouri). Although there is no Nancy in the on-line records, there is a Raney W. Cotton who I suspect is the same person since the years of birth and death are the same, and "Raney" looks a lot like "Nancy" (the tombstone may have been difficult to read). However, neither date exactly matches what Gregg's database shows, and I don't know where his dates come from. If I ever get to visit the cemetery myself I can try to verify the accuracy of the internet records.
