Samuel Smedley, the son of Baptist Smedley of Concord and Katharine Shorthose, was born March 27, 1646. He was killed in King Philip's War on August 2, 1675. On July 11, 1667 he married Hannah (Wheeler) Smedley on July 11, 1667 in Concord, Middlesex, Massachusetts Bay. Together, they were the parents of Hannah Smedley, Hannah Smedley, Mary Smedley, and Samuel Smedley.[1]

Samuel Smedley, the son of Baptist Smedley of Concord and Katharine Shorthose, was born March 27, 1646. He was killed in King Philip's War on August 2, 1675.
