Parents:
Edward Brayne 1569
Cecillia Fawne 1574-1603
~~~~~~~~*∼She and her husband, Richard Dodge, are considered pioneers of Essex County, Massachusetts.
Her maiden name is BRAYNE. Edith is often wrongly sourced as having had maiden name of Woodbury -per Norman Dodge, findagrave contributor "even the Woodbury family will tell you he Richard Dodge did not marry a Woodbury. This is likely most often due to the book 'Pioneers of Massachusetts' by Charles Henry Pope, 1st published in 1900 and reprinted in 2009, ISBN #ISBN: 9780806307749.
Husband Richard created the family cemetery on their farmland which became known as "Dodge Row" and their graves are not marked in modern day (2009) both Edith and Richard's are remembered at that family cemetery, but their exact location of burial is not known.
