Thomas Gardner
Came from Sherburne, County of Dorset, England, where he married Margaret Frier. Came to America and settled at Cape Ann in 1624, where he was employed by the projectors of the settlement to oversee the fishery. He was a representative at the General Court at Boston in 1625 and 1637. Married, second, Damaris _____________, widow of Samuel Shattuck. Died in 1677.
