An Old Defender Dead.
– Yesterday morning another old citizen of Baltimore died – Mr. Louis Conrad Miller. He was a native of Germany, but has been a citizen of Baltimore upwards of forty years. He was one of the band of defenders of Baltimore in 1814.

Died
On Tuesday, the 18th instant, Louis Conrad Muller, in the 63rd year of his age, a native of a small village called Mullback, near Eppingen, in the Grand Dukedom of Baden, Germany, but for the last forty odd years an adopted citizen of the United States. He was a defender of Baltimore in 1814.
"He has fought his last battle
And gained victory over death."
He died in the triumphs of a living faith, giving evidence in his last moments of the sanctifying power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ over the sinful heart of man. He has left a numerous family to mourn their loss.
His friends are invited to attend his funeral, on tomorrow (Thursday) afternoon, at half past two o'clock from his late residence, No 175 East Baltimore street, without further notice.
