The marriage date of 8-3-1919 is on the double tombstone photograph shown on her Find A Grave Memorial.In "Coryell County, Texas Families, 1854-1985" the Coleman-Brown article gives the place of marriage for Albert Wallace Coleman and Clara Eliza Brown as Lockney, Texas. The couple eloped to Lockney where Clara's sister Mrs. Bettie Sams lived. Wallace rode the train from Oglesby, Texas, to meet Clara in Lockney.
