State of Missouri vs. Bert Hayden, Marshal Ander, Linzy Bunyard & Church Haydon
Before A. C. Hamby, Justice of the Peace for Spring Creek Township
Bert Hayden, Marshal Anderson, Linzy Bunyard and Church Hayden on the 14th day of November, 1907, in said County of Douglas, did then and there unlawfully, wilfully, maliciously and contimptously disturb and disquiet an assembly of people then and there met for a lawful purpose towit: for the purpose of having an entertainment and box supper at the Fry schoolhouse in Douglas County Missouri, said schoolhouse being then and there set apart and used for the purpose of having said entertainment and box supper, by then and there making a noise and by rude and indecent behavior and profane discourse within there place of assembly and so near the same as to interrupt and disturb the order and solemnity of the assembly; against the peace and dignity of the state.
