Nicholas Reasoner

Nicholas is said to have lived with his brother Christopher until about 1725 when he traveled to Pennsylvania, Bucks County, where he joined the Jost Hite group which left for Virginia about 1730-31. On 23 Oct 1748, Nicholas Reasoner purchased Lot 3 on Patterson Creek in what was then Frederick Co VA from Lord Fairfax. This area would eventually become Hampshire Co VA, in 1753, and now is part of West Virginia.

The marriage to Mary Froman is not proved; nor is her relationship to the Froman family known.
