The "Lehenbuch" (book of fiefs) of the Keppel Convent contains the following. On St. Martin's Day 1499, the Keppel farm was leased again to Heinchen Grymmen of Neder Holtzclahe for six years - which means that he had at least the precending lease of six years (1493).
