Laughlin was granted land for importation of Robert and Elizabeth Stoker in 1727. This doesn't really indicate the importation happened that year, nor is it proof that she became Laughlin's wife. Robert and Elizabeth may have been husband and wife in 1727.

Prince George, Virginia, 300 acres, lying on both sides of Leadbiters Creek. Laughlin Flinn, was given land for the importation of Robert and Elizabeth Stocker.

Signed: Laughlin (x) Flyn. Wit: John White, Dens. Burch, John Wells, Elizabeth, wife of Laughland, relinquished her right of dower.
