Benjamin Edwards

Benjamin Edwards was the second son of Haden and Penelope Sanford Edwards of Stafford Co VA and Bourbon Co KY. His wife Margaret was the daughter of Ninian Beall of Montgomery Co MD. Benjamin was an officer in the Revolution and was twice elected to Congress, He moved to KY in 1800. His will can be found in Todd Co Will Book B, p.12, dated 26 Oct 1826, with a codicil the next day. Probated 11 Dec 1826.
