There were at least three George W. Ewing's, probably about the same age. The other two have been identified as George Washington Ewings and have other known wives who were not named Judith. The following is possibly this George:

George W. EWING & his wife Judith EWING 2nd part & Chasteen H. TRABUE of Adair Co of 3rd part. George & Judith not being able to live in harmony; she having left his House declared never to return. Mutually agreed to live separately. She may carry on such trade as if she were a feme sole & unmarried. To Chasteen H. TRABUE as trustee for Judith the following slaves, all household furnishing Judith brought with her to the marriage, horse & saddle. Said Judith releases sd EWING of all other claims. Signed: Geo W.
