Recorded in the Henrico Parish Church as "John Morton to John Wade's widow"; they married in 1682.
The wife of John Morton is also seen as Deborah, and in fact the will of John Morton in Richmond Co VA, 1722, gives his wife as Deborah. Most solve this problem by calling her Deborah Joanne which seems highly unlikely. It is probable that John Mortons have been confused and more research is needed.
