Individual Details
Rezin Porter
( - 1828)
The division of property as found in Logan Co DB O, p.352-355 states that there were seven parts to the property division of Rezin Porters. Not all were named in these deeds. There may be another daughter who married David J. Burks, but that still leaves one missing. There was one deceased daughter - Mary Orindorff.
Traditionally the Porters came from Virginia. I found the following from Buckingham Co which has few existing records. I don't know that this is the same man.
