I think 1744 would be the correct year. Record said 1755, but doesn't fit the pattern.
There is a stone marker, North Burial Ground, Providence, that has no birth date, but a death date of Nov 3, 1747 and says "In Memory of Ruth Daughter of Mr. Gideon & Mrs. Ruth Comstock Decd. Nov, ye 3rd 1747. Aged 3 Years.
