Mrs. Rogers Laid to Rest in Mount Hope
The funeral of Mrs. Fannie Rochester Rogers, 81, widow of Clinton Rogers and granddaughter of Col. Nathaniel Rochester, founder of Rochester, took place yesterday afternoon at 4 at her home, 40 North Goodman Street. Rev. Samuel Tyler, paster of her church, St. Luke's Episcopal, officiated. Burial was made in Mount Hope Cemetery.
Mrs. Rogers died at her home Sunday following an illness of serveral weeks. She leaves four children, mrs. Sidney Breese Roby, Mrs. Joseph Roby, Rochester Hart Rogers, and Miss Helen Rochester Rogers.
