Thomas C. Davis, 90, Windfall, died at 2:20 am Monday, Jan 30, 1995 in Miller's Merry Manor at Tipton. He was born April 20, 1904 in Tipton County to Theodore R. and Lillie E. (Stout) Davis. Feb 21, 1925 he married Winnie V. Andrews.
He retired in 1969 from the Pennsylvania Railroad after 43 years of service. He was an engineer. He also was a retired minister at Howard Church of the Brethren. He was a member of the Kokomo Church of the Brethren and Windfall Lions Club.
Surviving are three sons, James Davis of Rochester and Richard and John Davis both of Windfall; two daughters Kathleen Bogue of San Antonio, Texas, and Nedalyn Sue Shockney of Windfall; a brother, Erwon Davis of Windfall; two sisters, Marie Blessing of Windfall and susie Dwiggins of Tipton, 17 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. Preceding him in death were four children, a brother, and five sisters...
Burial will be Nevada Cemetery...
