Resident of Windfall Area Dies Sunday
Mrs. Lillie E. Davis, 82, Windfall, died at Tipton County Hospital Sunday evening after an illness of one year and hospitalization of two weeks. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 (fast time) Tuesday at Windfall Church of the Brethren with Rev. Petry of the Anderson Church of the Brethren officiating. Burial will be in Nevada Cemetery.
....Mrs. Davis was born July 2, 1877 near Windfall, the daughter of Thomas J. and Margaret (Garner) Stout. and spent her lifetime in that community area. She was married in 1892 to Theodore Davis who preceded her in death.
...Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Ethel Hannah, Sharpsville; Mrs. Margaret Julius, Kokomo, Route 3; Mrs. Marie Blessing, Windfall; Mrs. Susie Dwiggins, Nevada; Mrs. Ann Henderson, Sharpsville: two sons, Thomas, Windfall; and Irwin, Windfall County Commissioner; and a number of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
