Iris Faye Tillery, 85, of Huntsville, Arkansas died January 22, 2011 at Meadowview Healthcare and Rehab in Huntsville. She was born March 9, 1925 at Oden, Arkansas the daughter of Otis Henry and Mary Baker Shadrick.
She was a homemaker and was the widow of Alonzo Tillery to whom she was married on September 17, 1945 and who died on November 12, 1989.
Survivors include: three sons and two daughters-in-law, Bobby Joe and Frances Collins of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Jerry Claude Tillery of Springdale, Arkansas and Alonzo Gene and Jeanene Tillery of Huntsville, Arkansas; one stepson and stepdaughter-in-law, Roy William and Barbara Tillery of Karo, Missouri; five brothers, Paul Burnett, Karl Burnett, Norris, Burnett, Norman Burnett and Kent Burnett; several grandchildren, stepgrandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P. M. Tuesday, January 25, at the Witter Cemetery (Madison Co, AR) with Willson Rowlett officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home at Huntsville. There will be no visitation.
