This is a very different MONICA Belle Critcher - perhaps daughter of William TCritcher & Cora Stephens. This is very muddled in many online trees!
1930 Census. Anniston, Calhoun, AL, Hh 132
William H. Steele, Jr., age 40, married at 25, b. GA, Salesman, Mill supplies
Monica C., 40, married at 25, b. NC
Frances C., dau, 16, b. GA
Sara E., dau, 13, b. GA
Cora E., dau, 12, b. GA
William III, son, 7, b. AL
Miriam, dau, 2 years, ? months, b. AL

This has been attached to several trees but seems very wrong!
Apparently buried as Monica C. Steele, 16 Mar 1981 - Myrtle Hill Cemetery, Rome, Floyd Co, GA. Born 10 Sep 1888, Caswell Co NC.
A marriage of Monica Belle Critcher to Wm Henry Steel Jr did indeed take place 22 Jul 1914. He was age 25, born in Rome GA - his father, W. H. Steele. The marriage was in Lynchburg, Campbell, VA. This also seems highly unlikely to be this person!
