29 Aug 1870 T. C. Ford signed that B. F. Haden died without a will. Value of estate is about $400. Martha A. Haden is entitled as heir.
Martha A. Haden issued statement that she relinquished her right to administer and asked that her brother T. C. Ford do so.
$800 bond security, J. A. Sowers & Jno H. Welborn
19 Oct 1870 T. C. Ford asked that the widow be laid off and assigned her years support
