The inventory of his estate was returned 8 Oct 1717 by Charles Williams, Administrator. Prince George Co VA Deeds & Wills, 1713-1718, p.102
On 9 May 1726 John Pattison of Bristol Parish, Henrico County, Va. and Leah his wife, conveyed to Buller Herbert of Bristol Parish, Prince George County, Gent, 331 acres in Bristol Parish, being part of a 600 acre grant in Charles City County to Christopher Woodward by patent 24 August 1637 was conveyed by Samuel Woodward, his son with 119 acres more of said granted land to Anthony Wyatt, who conveyed it to Robert Burgess and he to William Williams. To whom 331 acres was afterwards granted by patent 8 April 1674, and after the death of William Williams the land descended unto Leah Pattison and Rachael Williams, his daughters.
